I want to let you know I greatly appreciate Nick Wood’s assistance last Wednesday. I ran into a problem where items I ordered from Ryonet’s Arkansas facility were held up due to weather and I wouldn’t receive the items until Monday; past my commitment to my customer. When I spoke to Nick about the issue, he quickly provided a solution to my problem and I had a substitute item before the end of the day. Even though the cost of the item was very small, Nick made sure I was successful and I was able to fulfill my commitment to my customer. This is just one of the many times Nick has gone out of his way to help me and my growing business. Nick is a great resource for all my printing questions and he represents and promotes the Ryonet Corporation to the highest level. Give him a fat holiday bonus check or at least; get him out of that small cubical and into his own office! Just kidding! Happy Holidays,
