Dear Ryonet, when I purchased the basic one color textile printing package three years ago I thought I would just learn how to print and make a few shirts for my friends every now and then. I would have never thought that I would have be where I am now. When I started taking small orders I was in college, printing out of my bedroom, using my bathroom as a dark room. But as things continued to grow I upgraded equipment a few times. But I put myself through the rest of college with the money I made and now run a small print shop out of my house. And now the money I have made I am using to move to England for a year to work with a College Ministry at the University of Birmingham. So I will be stopping printing for about a year but am gonna pick it right back up when I get back. I just wanted to drop you a line about that Nick Wood you have working for you. We ordered a bunch of stuff on Monday, April 5th and of course ran into our usual litany of boned headed questions about how to print shirts. We're shirt printers by default--I was a nurse until I got MS, and my husband's a business analyst, so we're not pros. So...Nick ended up on the phone when we asked for help and he's GREAT! He answered all of our questions patiently and expertly. We had a great conversation-he even ended up emailing us a bunch of technical info (that's up to my husband to read!) He's a great asset to you're company, and there's a lot of competition out there. Your people and assistance are the main reason we keep coming back to Ryonet. So buy the guy lunch or something!

I would like to let you know Nick is awesome, I tried getting a hold of him yesterday, and then when I finally did, I had a customer come into our shop and I had to let him go, never getting my order finished, I am up to 5 gallon chemicals now and I really needed to place the order, as I was out of EnviroStrip due to a late notice on our employees part, Nick called me back at like 7:00 last night, I got my order finished, and he personally packed it, if that is not Awesome customer service what is.... You need to clone this man..

I find the people at Ryonet are real, they know what it's like to be a customer. I'm new to them, I have only ordered 4 shipments from them and they make you feel like you have been doing business with them for years. If you ever think customer service is a something from the past, just call them and they will show you what it feels like to be there number one customer. I just got home and am back in beautiful Fort Lauderdale! I wanted to take a minute to say THANK YOU for your great training this past weekend at the Screen Printing Academy. I traveled to Vancouver specifically to learn from “The Masters”…and I was certainly not disappointed! You, Ryan, and the entire staff there at Ryonet made this one awesome weekend. I learned so much, and it was presented in a way that even newbie’s like myself could easily understand it. My brain is on overload right now, still trying to absorb everything that was presented to us. I’m excited, apprehensive, nervous, and I must say a little scared…but I can’t wait to get back home and start working on putting my business together and getting my doors open for business.
Near the close of the day yesterday (Saturday) you mentioned that you had some “floor plans” that you had drawn up for other customers that you could send me to help me decide how to lay out my shop and how much space I might need. If you could forward those to me, it would be much appreciated. Since taking the class, I think I’ve changed my mind and decided not to go with the Low Rider, but instead with the Pro 2 HV Package, simply because of the upgraded options and added features, and the ability to do bigger jobs...so take that into consideration.

hey i would just like to say thanks to ryonet all around cheapest screen printing supplier and great equipment i have the new 4 color silver press and i love it i have made tshirts with vinyl and a vinyl cutter and sublimation but both have limits sublimation limits the color of tshirts and vinyl limits my design abilities on tshirts. but now im making professional looking tees. before i got my equipment in i had already had orders in for some screen printed tees. my first job was about 60 shirts with 3 colors on it. it was our racing team tees it looks professionaly done. i got alot of business just starting out i have only had it for about a week and a half i think and i done made over half the money back of what the machine cost. its also fun to do. i got so many orders in i done got 3 weeks behind. i love the ryonet equipment. if i know anybody that wants to get in the screen printing business but looking for cheap equipment i would be more than happy to point them towards you. also great tech support. they treat me like im family. my cousin helped me out alot because he recently went to arkansaw for the class they offer you and he said he loved it and the ryonet corp. treated him like family he said ryan is pretty cool. and he would treat you like a bro so thanks i always buy my stuff from ryonet and always will. thank you so much ryonet.

Want to thank Ryonet, especially all the employees in Harrison, Arkansas for helping my girlfriend and I get started in business, starting with the training classes. We invested our money in equipment, with merely the promise of customers, we have found a shop to rent and we have completed 10 orders or so, mostly one color work, but we feel we are ready to tackle more. Bring it on!
