We are embarking on a new adventure. The second half of this year we really want to expand our business. We are excited for screen printing university and opportunity for one of us to be there is amazing! We are pushing into new places for maketing and really working out where to find new customers.

Our goal also is to be able to purchase a conveyor dryer in the next 60 days. We know that this will set us up for success.

We were excited recently to do some shirts for our church, at the last minute they called and needed some more in less than 2 hours. We were so thankful that we still had the screen queued up and ready to go. It was a great feeling to be able to provide excellent customer service!

We also have embarked on half-tones. With good results…I am sure there is way more that we can do with that.

Also wondering with Ryonet White on dark shirts…does anyone double coat?

Wet on wet printing. Tried a couple times no success……..yet…and it gets time consuming using the heatgun to somewhat cure in between colors….does anyone have tips on wet on wet?

Is it all about the art…these 2 that we did sure don’t look good at all….any advice?

Just finished some one color white ink on black. Had to double coat the ink for a full look….does anyone else double coat or only go for one coat?

    Hey Pennie,
If you haven’t yet – I recommend joining t-shirtforums.com huge online community of screen printers, wealth of info. Actually that’s where I found out about Ryonet.

  • I would just make sure you dont let your ink touch. UNless your doing some funky blend you can line your screens up well enough to not leave a gap. Other wise I have found that letting the ink build up reinforces the color that is on the other screens. Dont worry about it and just go for it. I might be misunderstanding the question. But if you are printing one color on another I would put the white down first dry it and pretend its a white t shirt. Wipe some ink on your face and be a screen printing warrior!
